Hey Wild Women! Spend your Labor Day weekend at the Double Circle Ranch and pick up some new outdoor survival skills this year while also improving your firearms safety and shooting skills! Imagine, mastering your survival skills on a remote 47,000 acre ranch in the mountains of southeastern Arizona…and then imagine the shooting skills and confidence you’ll develop on our range using your own firearm.
This Double Circle Ranch program is for female participants only. (Please note that your instructors may include both men and women.) You will spend three days at the ranch with 6-8 like-minded women, learning all the skills you need to become a safe, confident, 21st century Annie Oakley. You’ll also learn how to survive a variety of situations commonly found in wilderness and high desert settings. Nobody’s gonna mess with YOU after this class!
Survival topics include:
• Recognizing and avoiding aggressive wildlife
• Crossing streams and obstacles on foot
• Getting a vehicle unstuck
• Basic emergency wilderness medical care
• Building a survival fire regardless of weather conditions
Shooting topics include:
• Developing safe handling techniques
• Becoming a consistently accurate markswoman
• Proper cleaning and routine maintenance
• Personal security
• Firing options
Live fire exercises will be conducted at this event. Minimum age of 18, please.
Bring your own handgun or rifle with a security lock and/or a lockable storage case, cleaning kit, 100 rounds of new factory loaded ammunition, shooting glasses and hearing protection rated at 21 decibels or above. Half-finger shooting gloves are encouraged.

This three day program is all inclusive for $600 per person.
