Cattle Ranch Photo Workshops at the Double Circle
Here is your chance to photograph the American West! Herds of Texas Longhorns, working cowboys, and wide open western skies are the setting for great pictures on the historic Double Circle Ranch. Join us for a special wildlife and nature photography program at the Double Circle Ranch! We’ll have two photography sessions each day, covering topics including:
- Depth of field
- Composition
- How and when to use Photoshop
- When and why to shoot in RAW or jpeg
- And more!
We’ll begin the first evening with dinner, orientation and a classroom-based discussion. The next two days we’ll spend out in the field with our photography equipment, experimenting and taking hundreds (or thousands!) of pictures. We’ll return to the base camp classroom in the evening for more classroom training and to critique each other’s work. The last day we’ll be back in the field until lunch, and our guests will depart after lunch.
